Everyone from Area 56 has a voice and a vote at the Mini-Conference. We will come together to create a Group Conscience. Our Delegate will then know what you think and will be prepared for the General Service Conference in April when Delegates from all Areas in the United States and Canada meet and act on the issues we discussed.
